Export Data from Happeo – Happeo

Export Data from Happeo

This article explains the different ways to export data from Happeo—using APIs, bulk CSV exports, and analytics tools—so admins can manage content, users, and engagement data more effectively.

Exporting data from Happeo

While Happeo does not provide a one‑click full‑data export, it offers flexible tools—especially useful for knowledge management, backup processes, or migrating content to other systems. Depending on your needs, you can use APIs or built‑in export functions via the Admin settings.

Open APIs (Enterprise only)

For organizations that need structured access to content and user data, Happeo’s open APIs provide programmatic exports in JSON. This makes it possible to automate reporting, feed data into business intelligence tools, or connect Happeo with HR or CRM systems without manual effort.

Note: Available to Enterprise-package users only. For setup and documentation, reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM).
