Set the Page Author

This article aims to provide information about how to change the Page Author.

What does setting the Page Author entail?

You can set the Author of a Page from the Page Settings. Setting the Author will provide the following possibilities:

• Display Page Author in User Profile (changes when you change the Page Author)
• Showing Author in Pages feeds
• Send reminders to the Author to update page content in Lifecycle Management
• Showing Author in page hero or footer (coming up...)

Who can change the Page Author?

Page Group Authors and platform Admins can change the Page Group Author.

For Page Group Authors

1. Click the edit icon at the top of the Page
2. Select Page settings
3. Click Change under the Page Author's name
4. Select the user you would like the Page Author to be
5. Save changes

For platform Admins

1. Click on your avatar at the top right corner
2. Toggle on Admin mode
3. Navigate to a Page
4. Click on the edit icon at the top of the Page
5. Select Page settings
6. Click Change under the Page Author's name
7. Select the user you would like the Page Author to be
8. Save changes
